Please note that health insurance offers multiple plans to their clients / patients. They can add new plans every year which requires a tidious months long credentialing process for the providers. Even then insurance companies have the right to NOT enroll providers who might already be credentialed with their basic plans. So it is not a guarantee that we will be credentialed with your particular plan. You will have to provide us insurance information so our billing team can confirm the benefits for you.
